Space Contemporary Art Gallery is delighted to announce the opening of our new MIAMI space.

This new location on Sunset Harbor, is just off the popular Purdy Avenue next to the high end shops and restaurants in this bustling corner of Miami Beach.

The gallery will bring to Miami an exciting program comprising painting, photography and sculpture by a selection of leading international artists and will include many of your gallery favourites including Marco Glaviano, Arno Elias and new to the Space family – Jean-Philippe Piter, who will be featured for the inaugural exhibition.

Opening in November 2017, the program will begin with an emphasis on photography over the first few exhibitions.

News of events and exhibitions will be announced accordingly.

ABOUT…

SPACE CONTEMPORARY ART GALLERY opened in St Barth, French West Indies in 2011 and has locations in Monaco, Montecarlo and now adds Miami.

Space MIA is a contemporary art gallery active in the primary market principally focusing on photography and painting by a mixture of established and emerging international artists.

The gallery represents a select group of exhibiting artists and has a portfolio of many others for sourcing artwork for private commission and provides a consultancy service for creating and expanding personalized collections.

From 2005-11 partner Natalie Clifford was director of Eden Rock Gallery which period yielded a series of collaborations with other galleries including Mary Boone Gallery, Tony Shafrazi Gallery and Gagosian Galleries with a number of significant exhibitions including Richard Prince, Will Cotton and Piotr Uklanski.

Space SBH aims to bring leading artists and art to Miami, acting as a window onto global art scene with a European edge for residents and visitors to Miami. The gallery exhibits frequently internationally between St Barth, London, Italy and South of France.
