Andrea Cáceres Everything is Going to be Ok, 2024, Mixed media, acrylic, oil pastels, 24 x 36 in (60.96 x 91.44 cm)

Space Gallery is delighted to present Today’s going to be a good day, a vibrant new exhibition by New York–based artist Andrea Cáceres. The inaugural show of her original artwork coincides with the launch of her latest book, Dog affirmations: an illustrated journey inside your dog’s thoughts (published by Bloomsbury). Enjoy the magic as Andrea brings her charming illustrations to life in her first exhibition in New York City and on the island of Saint Barthélemy.

At the opening reception, guests will have the opportunity to meet Andrea, explore her joyful, canine-inspired artworks, and have their copy of Dog affirmations personally signed and dedicated. Be sure to pre-order your copy!

Andrea will also offer live custom pet portraits, painted in her signature playful style. Bring your love for art (and pups!) and be part of this joyful, tail-wagging celebration. Portraits are by appointment only and availability is limited—perfect for those who want to immortalize their furry friends in fine art. The perfect gift for the dog lover in your life!

Andrea Cáceres is a Venezuelan-born, New York–based artist known for her joyful, narrative-driven illustrations that celebrate the connection between pets, language, and belonging. She has created thousands of custom pet portraits, developed collaborations with brands such as It’s Nice That, Meta, and Microsoft, and expanded her artistic vision into textiles, editorial projects, and fine art, thus building a devoted following and turning everyday moments into art.

Her publishing career began with the acclaimed children’s book My dog just speaks spanish (Candlewick, 2023), followed by Hello Tobi (2025) and Dog affirmations (Bloomsbury, 2025). All celebrate identity, resilience, and the unique relationships we form with our pets. Her first solo fine art show in May 2025 sold out completely, affirming her place as a rising star in the contemporary art world.
