Space SBH Gallery launches Glaviano 50 - an exhibition celebrating 50 years in the career of one of the world’s most influential and iconic photographers -Marco Glaviano. This special retrospective exhibition travels to the island fresh from its launch in Monaco and includes images spanning the artists career over 5 decades including works from the supermodels series, nudes, jazz series, fashion series, portraits and St Barth series. 

Marco Glaviano began his career shooting in Milan and New York, launching there the careers of some of the world's most important supermodels including Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer and Paulina Porizkova. He photographed more than 500 magazine covers for American Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, Vanity Fair, Elle as well as shooting campaigns for Valentino, Roberto Cavalli, Giorgio Armani, and Calvin Klein amongst others.

To mark the 50 year anniversary, a special limited edition collector’s fine art print and limited edition art book has been published and will be launched at the opening. Comprised of 362 pages, it features many previously unpublished photos, and an imitate glimpse into the life of Marco Glaviano through an extended interview which is included in the book.

For collectors of fine art photography this is a rare opportunity to own a signed, numbered, limited edition volume – as well as the fine art print. The maestro himself, Marco Glaviano will be at the gallery for the exhibition opening and to sign and dedicate copies of his print and book. Don't miss this landmark occasion!
