July 20th - August 20th 2018

The inaugural edition of Saint Barth Photo Festival will run through the summer, from July 20th to August 20th, and comprises a diverse and full program, including a photography competition, art/ photography workshops and island wide displays of photography to transform St Barth into a hub of photography. Exhibitions will be presented at the Musée Territoriale, Grand Fond Gallery and a ‘Through the Lens’ exhibition of photography at Space SBH Gallery.

Space SBH will participate in the first edition of the St Barth Photo Festival, together with the Collectivity of St Barth and the Association St Barth Ile d’Art.

Space SBH Contemporary Art Gallery in Saint Barth has regularly exhibited in Monaco, presenting Mikhail Baryshnikov in 2015, Marco Glaviano in 2016 and also participated in the first edition of Photo Monaco in 2018.

During the month, the festival will exhibit both renowned photographers and others with a bright future as well as international and local artists. A photographic ambiance will be felt around the whole island of Saint Barthelemy.

At the same time a curious and savvy public wishing to deepen its knowledge but also a more novice public eager to discover new artists and to share in this moment together. The festival wishes to register as a milestone in the cultural programming of Saint Barthélémy.
