Space Gallery St Barth official partners of the St Barth Bucket Regatta, 2022

The St. Barths Bucket, which was cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid-19 restrictions that effected world travel, has returned to the idyllic island of Saint Barthélemy for its 28th time since first gracing these local waters in 1995 and its 35th edition since debuting in the USA (Nantucket, Massachusetts) in 1986.

Space Gallery St Barth is proud to partner with the Bucket Regatta for the fifth year running to offer the limited edition 2022 poster. The commemorative Bucket Poster will be available exclusively at the gallery and this series, and the Bucket trophy, were designed by Hermès' in house designers. The poster has become something of a collector's item for visitors to the island and aficionados of the annual regatta.

St Barth Yacht Club (SBYC)

The Territorial Fire and Rescue Service (STIS)

2022 Official Charity: The Youth Sailing Program at the St Barths Yacht Club (SBYC) and The Territorial Fire and Rescue Service (STIS)

The St Barths Bucket is proud of the contributions made to worthy causes in St Barths over the years. A portion of the entry fee and proceeds from the sale of the popular Bucket posters go to local charities.

The 2022 donations will be made to two most worthwhile causes: The Youth Sailing Program at the St Barths Yacht Club (SBYC) and The Territorial Fire and Rescue Service (STIS) of Saint-Barthélemy.

SBYC is an active sailing school and their priority is the youth of St Barths. Every year, over 400 children learn to respect each other and their environment. They also learn how to be responsible and cooperative in the pursuit of their goals. SBYC is not a conventional yacht club. Resources and budgets are far more limited than what one would expect to find in a typical club.

Territorial Fire and Rescue Service of Saint-Barthélemy. The rescue system on the island of Saint-Barthélemy is made up, as in almost all of France, of 80% of volunteer firefighters. Every day the volunteer firefighters show altruism, solidarity and dedication by participating in all the interventions of the Territorial Fire and Rescue Service (STIS) of Saint-Barthélemy. The Bucket donation will help with critical equipment purchases and training. Rescue, fire fighting, other operations such as floods, animal risks, or road rescue, are all areas in which firefighters are trained.

Limited edition posters were available for sale at Space Gallery St Barth. The gallery graciously donates their time and energy handling the sales. Presale posters were available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Space Gallery St Barth contemporary art gallery was the exclusive location for sales of the limited edition 2022 St Barths Bucket Poster.
